Skill need to improve at junior level and at workman level. Salary to be revised as per market. Constraint to talented employees due to internal politics. Accommodation maintenance not good.

Nothing much But century pulp and paper is establish name in paper board market

Working style is too poor. Salary growth expect after 2 years of joining. Century knowing as name of birla group of companies but in this company you can't feel anything like birla companies you feel like you are doing any labour job with any contracter

The company is transparent & adopts latest technology. It is a knowledge hub as almost all types of raw materials are being used & paper, board,tissue & Rayon grade pulp being manufactured at singly premises.Work environment is good & discuss your queries openly. Work life is balanced in Century, we celebrate all the festivals together & one 10 days summer camp is conducted once a year for our family & our development.

Working environment is nice but growth is slow. Salary structure to be re-evaluated and differences to be minimized at same level.Young champ'emolument to be refurnished as per market & their capability.Coaching for 10th & above levels to be facilitated.

Company Environment is soo good staff and senior very good Safety training, awareness are daily bases All company have low to high tech machine which people can learn more and more , company have separate department, process, maintenance, instruments,Research and development,labs for testing, company make recycle water and paper, eco-friendly.Good facilities given to the employees....

Work life balance is really bad. One of the reasons for leaving such organization was that it made me feel like I have no life outside of my workplace.
