There is no proper division into projects and channel sales are completely mixed, which means the channel people will also do projects and no area is divided properly. Secondary sales in your own territory will not count towards your sales. the whole monkey looks like a weight

Lot of politics on branch level, job sequrity is not there and a sales person can not work freely and showcase their talent. Every time something new in working is implemented which is not good and does not create a good working environment.

During lockdown company didn't stop or denied pay out , whereas paid their employee with 80 to 90% of their ctc on pro rata basis, even company also release incentive of previous quarter after lockdown.

Dislikes

Even market opened company continues their salary cut off policy, and circulate that if company will not reach their 80% business compared to last year cut off will continue with no dead line. Beside that, in this situation govt and even companies also ask their employee to be safe and take precautions and strictly passed message that if there is urgency or having top priority work then only go in market whereas Century force their employees to be in market only...

Only one thing is good in company.. Salary packages is good in ply wood industry .

Others all process,working culture, Seniores Used Abuse words, Politics, Even then HR department no have any power for resolved the isuess... I got very bad experience of my life in Centuryply.

Not any working support from reporting manager. Bsm..company recruit reporting manager who have not any knowledge about any work for flush door department.where i worked...also he is totally addicted person... but when i joined then the general manger was helpful .company appointed suddenly new general manager.who was from fmcg sector not have any idea about building materials sector..always talk irrelevant topic after his appointment of 3 month suddenly with out any proper reason called in branch office and said to resign other wise he terminate me....i.joined in this company as it was a Ltd company....but got behaviour like worked on a shop...specially for last 3 month..when joined the new general manager...totally wasted of time...this is the work culture of company own headquarters ...worked on century ply is wasted of time and energy both...
