First thing first, I am saying all the things for joka unit only. Can't say about other 1) Bonus @20% per annum 2) Big and vast unit. You will end up learning something for sure.

...any leave for 1st one year.. no matter if you have most serious of the diseases. It will be leave without pay. 4) the LWP you took for the year will get adjusted in 2nd yr also. Second year, onwards you are entitled for 30 leaves. Now for instance if you by any means couldn't able to attain office for 20 days in first yr, your leave will be adjusted with the formula 365-20*0.08 . i.e. 27.

Kuch ek senior aapke khilaf politics karte hain vo bas apna kaam nikalna jante hain maine unki kitni help Kari unke kaam mein aur mere he khilaf mere hod se meri shikayat ki. it's very bad. I always do my work on time.aur apne senior ki bhi help Kiya unke kaam mein jab vo leave pe rahte the tab bhi unke kaam mein help Kiya.

Company has no vision mission, company hires people and forgets about them, (example - their management trainees) they hire mt's and forget about them, transfer them illogically here and there, when they starts to get a grip in the market and they expect freshers to to magic like magicians in the new transferred Market. The worst is the hr department, they are full of miscommitments. They hire freshers and destroys their career, my other batchmates are mt's in other companies and they r promoting to permanent employees, and i, still scrubbing here in this pathetic company as a management trainee. Whenever we call the respective hr he only replies, 'hmm' 'ok' 'hmm hmm' 'i will look into it'. That's it.

Company is renowned with Ply boards, Salary is on time. Last day of the month you will have your salary in your account. That is the only positive thing here.

Century works on Trial and Fire, if the market conditions are bad and you are unable to perform, you have to immediately quit.

Not any working support from reporting manager. Bsm..company recruit reporting manager who have not any knowledge about any work for flush door department.where i worked...also he is totally addicted person... but when i joined then the general manger was helpful .company appointed suddenly new general manager.who was from fmcg sector not have any idea about building materials sector..always talk irrelevant topic after his appointment of 3 month suddenly with out any proper reason called in branch office and said to resign other wise he terminate me....i.joined in this company as it was a Ltd company....but got behaviour like worked on a shop...specially for last 3 month..when joined the new general manager...totally wasted of time...this is the work culture of company own headquarters ...worked on century ply is wasted of time and energy both...
