Not any working support from reporting manager. Bsm..company recruit reporting manager who have not any knowledge about any work for flush door department.where i worked...also he is totally addicted person... but when i joined then the general manger was helpful .company appointed suddenly new general manager.who was from fmcg sector not have any idea about building materials sector..always talk irrelevant topic after his appointment of 3 month suddenly with out any proper reason called in branch office and said to resign other wise he terminate me....i.joined in this company as it was a Ltd company....but got behaviour like worked on a shop...specially for last 3 month..when joined the new general manager...totally wasted of time...this is the work culture of company own headquarters ...worked on century ply is wasted of time and energy both...

There is no proper division into projects and channel sales are completely mixed, which means the channel people will also do projects and no area is divided properly. Secondary sales in your own territory will not count towards your sales. the whole monkey looks like a weight

Dislikes

Internal politics, language based discrimination in Kolkata and Baharampur Branch. Company is not HR based, too much interference of Manager in promotion , and salry hike issue. Promotion and increment is not basd on work it based on buttering in West Bengal (Kolkata) and UPC branch (Baharampur).
