Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not given as per work & post. Career growth is very slow. No life balance. Canteen is mostly bad. Workers Union is highly aggressive & lots of politics. Overall not suitable for career growth and Life balance.
