1. Management,GM , manager behaviour very very horrible, like u r a dog. 2. Salary very very low. As a diploma or b.tech engineer joining salary below 10 thousand. 3. No Increament rules regulations. 10 years experience employee salary 14 to 16 thousand maximum.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics. Salary is not given as per work & post. Career growth is very slow. No life balance. Canteen is mostly bad. Workers Union is highly aggressive & lots of politics. Overall not suitable for career growth and Life balance.
