location is not safe for girls specially those who come from far places.

The company is mainly a EOT Crane manufacturer but they do Job works and heavy Fabrication also. Over-all staff is average but design department is good and very helpful to me. They understand your problems and help us in our personal problems also. So much to learn for a fresher and if I want to make your career in crane line then Century is best to start with. They also give you opportunity to go overseas for company work to represent the company. Overall thumb's Up👍😊

Dislikes

Working culture is not good. Your work is not decided u have to do extra work eith other departments. I have to work 10 hours minimum straight ins day some times 11 - 12 hours.
