Training happens many a times to improve skills, Salary is Ok but the Appraisals are pathetic with an increase of no more than 5% per year with not much scope for promotions if in projects.

...ovation and readily adopts latest technology. I liked working culture HR policy. The salary and other components are good and on time. Seniors and supervisors are too supportive and overall working atmosphare is good.

Poor organisational structure No Active HR and Finance For everything you have to rely upon the reporting manager. Poor clients and their vague requirements. No updation of training material, no governance, outdated content where for client from telecom industry, training is a side functionality which is just done for the sake of formality. Least scope for skill development or any kind of upgradation or certification
