Worst company havent paid my last months salary and deducted 4500/- in feb salary too when asked to manager they started their circus and once laptop is submitted back its done gone you will never get ur hard earned money also your career is tossed due to these clowns.

Manager behaves like he knows everything and just says one thing even if you’re a month old “if u don’t do this you will be out of system, if you dont do that you be thrown out, like seriously people work because of their family and they play with it. ZERO job security and they push you to leave the previous organisation and join their circus”

Good Culture. But Job security is only till the client project is active. Management vision as well as company policies are Ok.

Training happens many a times to improve skills, Salary is Ok but the Appraisals are pathetic with an increase of no more than 5% per year with not much scope for promotions if in projects.

Company policies are poor for their employees. I have been working for them 5 years and after that I applied for leave without salary for month, they didn't accepted that and forced me to leave the job.

Poor organisational structure No Active HR and Finance For everything you have to rely upon the reporting manager. Poor clients and their vague requirements. No updation of training material, no governance, outdated content where for client from telecom industry, training is a side functionality which is just done for the sake of formality. Least scope for skill development or any kind of upgradation or certification
