With only a handful staffs in every branch, it lacks presence in the market and work culture. There is no one for you to train or complain.

No have any kind of problem in my career for last 2 years All staff members and superior and management are co operative if any kind of help require we have directly call to MD sir and he is very supportive and quick decision maker

I had overall good experiance though there are few area on work life balance where as we senior leaders should have focussed on. Learning is excellent so are the targets, which sometime newcomers face in delivering and hence start disliking the organisation

I work there for 1.5 years. It was a terrible experience for me. Frequent transfers, no management, poor HR management with no logics, working culture is terrible. One man show kind organization where only one person is allowed to take decisions. If you are ready to lose respect then pls join.
