Feel proud to be employed with Centrum Finance, they have been very supportive and informative in helping & fighting COVID 19. Also my employer gives me the freedom to discharge my responsibilities

I would say though being a NBFC, Centrum has been able to take care of its work force. As the markets behave tough, the job security is also taken care by my employer.

Job Security is a serious concern while they aquire a bunch of team from a single organization (Religare Securities) one should understand the simple logic whether they are suitable for the managerial positions or not. People who dont know about the Mutual funds and PMS are talk about the wealth creation HNI customers acquisition. End of the day Manger will say performance is pathetic without base we need to work and deliver in a single word.
