...ured management, they are sucking blood of this. This underwent many takeovers . Some old employee told me that during one takeover salary of all the employees was doubled BUT these blood suckers did not show any loyalty to that company also. For me even the off boarding became like hell. In management work there is nothing called as process. These people are running 15 years behind. Join only if you have no other job and no self respect.

6 people on same designation will not be treated equally they don't care what you do all they care about is no of year on your resume if you are young and have knowledge nobody cares if you are dumb with no knowledge with 12 years of experience you will be hired

They cheated the employees. Management don't have experience, how to run business. They save himself jobs and doesn't matter with the company and employees. They took decision with Astral shut down and spoil the life of 200 employees including senior leaders. Don't choose the company for career.
