They will keep you long time on bench and will eventually lay off due to no project availability. Job security and career growth is a concern here.

Mid to lower level professionals were lovely people Benefits were okay Salary was just okay Remote work with flexibility

Immature and insecure leadership Lack of transparency from leaders - key people would vanish without reason (they would upset an exec) that would always create problems for the rest of us to manage Shockingly limited infrastructure Primarily low rate, body shop work Manipulation of review ratings and blocking of negative reviews on other sites

...ies. Work life balance is great. Very flexible company in terms of work culture. Compensation wise company compete neck to neck with market leader and in certain cases it is hard beat Centric.

Dislikes

The processes are either missing or limited. This company is good for experienced resources but chances to learn new things are limited. I you want to learned it's up to you and you will have to drive it yourself

Work life balance, Annual Parties, client facing opportunity (to a limit though) and multiple areas of involvement in practice management.

Dislikes

Favoratism, hiring new people at Senior designations and not considering employees who are already associated and delivering to high levels since long, clients trust not letting a person go is NOT considered as a positive thing of the person.

When I started it had great organizational culture and flat hierarchy made my tenur in the organisation beautiful.

Dislikes

Now Centric culture has changed a lot. Now management is no longer following the flat hierarchy so managers has started playing politics w ith the fellow employees hence culture of the organisation has become like traditional Indian organisation.
