Immature and insecure leadership Lack of transparency from leaders - key people would vanish without reason (they would upset an exec) that would always create problems for the rest of us to manage Shockingly limited infrastructure Primarily low rate, body shop work Manipulation of review ratings and blocking of negative reviews on other sites

Likes

Work from home, timely salary, diwali bonus and gift, performance bonus and helping nature of people.

Dislikes

They will keep you long time on bench and will eventually lay off due to no project availability. Job security and career growth is a concern here.

Permanent WFH Promotions can be given at early basis. Increment in low market conditions Overtime for extra hours

Dislikes

Promotion can not give you exceptionally high salary hike Recognition are based on your projects not work Ratings are biased for appraisal

...ies. Work life balance is great. Very flexible company in terms of work culture. Compensation wise company compete neck to neck with market leader and in certain cases it is hard beat Centric.

Dislikes

The processes are either missing or limited. This company is good for experienced resources but chances to learn new things are limited. I you want to learned it's up to you and you will have to drive it yourself

Work life balance, Annual Parties, client facing opportunity (to a limit though) and multiple areas of involvement in practice management.

Dislikes

Favoratism, hiring new people at Senior designations and not considering employees who are already associated and delivering to high levels since long, clients trust not letting a person go is NOT considered as a positive thing of the person.
