Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company police is good.

There is one problem is that the jobs are purely contract basis. Salary is decent but no career growth.

Environment is good. Good team members. Salary is good in comparative to other NGOs. Learning opportunity is very high. Çareer growth is there but you have to demonstrate your skill n competency. This is an NGO where all systems n procedures are in place. This is an human organization having lots of innovations and gives emphasis on wok life balance. Staff retention is high.

Çareer growth is limited in certain programs and projects of CYSD.

Likes

Mostly I like the hospitality of the organisation and behavior of staff. And the way my financia department heads sirs and my reporting sir behavior me that encourage me the most. I thike that 2 month of internship is the best work experience of my life.

There is enough scope for learning and have good working environment.

I like this environment and have good team members. But, people are looking forward for bright future opportunity, learning and good financial benefits.
