I'm blem not company but some one faculty is wrong projects is miss use company is good

Centre for people’s forestry gives you enough challenges to develop your skills, makes constant efforts to increase %of women in the organisation. Will not compromise on the work-life balance of an employee at all levels. Overall its an organisation with ethics better than most of the NGOs.

Dislikes

Job security.. as CPF works on project basis in most of the locations, once the project completes majority of the staff have to quit.

It is very good NGO in my point of view.The company gave me a very good opportunity to lead a team. Nearly 40 People are worked under my supervision. Before lockdown only I leave this job

Dislikes

Because it is a field work job traveling is very high
