The work culture can be more better and organised for the ease of employees satisfaction and the management needs to be little proper and should be in a flow.☺️☺️

There is no leadership in the organization. It is just company which depends upon government funding. There deliverables has not benefited any stakeholders

There is no respect for employee who are real workforce for deliverables
