Worst Management Low Salary Knowledge decreases as you go up the hierarchy. No proper software methodologies followed. Unable to set project deadlines. People with experience of 1 year have more knowledge than with experience of 5 years of above. Senior people are in cdac only because they cannot switch jobs, they do not have enough knowledge to change jobs.

One drawback of working at C-DAC is the lack of a fixed promotion structure. Freshers join as Project Engineers, but promotions to roles like Senior Project Engineer are rare and depend on project needs and management decisions. This can make career growth uncertain.

Personally, I have done Masters and based on that I'm not getting package, position and recognitions. People should think more about the projects than politics.
