...red university paper but I'm not sure whether I was shown as a faculty in AICTE. Also none of the pay scale was followed. They shamelessly behave like animals with the 1 year contractual employees. One of the employee Mr. Lalit Sharma was behaved badly by the department head. He expired in a road accident. They don't deserve even 1 star.

One drawback of working at C-DAC is the lack of a fixed promotion structure. Freshers join as Project Engineers, but promotions to roles like Senior Project Engineer are rare and depend on project needs and management decisions. This can make career growth uncertain.

...ities promise unrealistic timeline to client and pressure employees to work day and night, delayed appraisal, but cut your salary in time for being late in office

Personally, I have done Masters and based on that I'm not getting package, position and recognitions. People should think more about the projects than politics.
