One drawback of working at C-DAC is the lack of a fixed promotion structure. Freshers join as Project Engineers, but promotions to roles like Senior Project Engineer are rare and depend on project needs and management decisions. This can make career growth uncertain.

Personally, I have done Masters and based on that I'm not getting package, position and recognitions. People should think more about the projects than politics.

If you are lucky like me then you will work in right department in CDAC. I enjoyed my 3 years in CDAC by working on different technologies and proud to be the part of the development team of the project which was launched by Prime minister Modi ji. CDAC is best place to work as a fresher, there are no limitations to learn new things.

Dislikes

Promotion and salary would be better.
