Flexible timings, lectures, activities related to days, apt training while required

Dislikes

Personal envy within scientists, dirty politics, delay in research during to personal reasons within scientists, these things make great research feel boring and frustrating though you are quite capable of handling everything..

Freedom of work, supporting the staff, and open work culture, good administration, policies deffer time time as and when required to see over all betterment of the employees and institution.
