I'm really concerned about employe benefits like ESI,PF, and Bonus, and not getting proper allowances like Travel, getting too less, I'm spending per a day around 200 rupees for travel and 100 rupees for food, around 8000 per month, Then there is no employee motivation here, no proper guidance.
