there isn't much interference in my teaching by the management; i am given a lot of independence at my ways of evaluation.

Dislikes

there is a lot of discrimination between the regular faculty members and the faculty members on contract. contract faculty members are treated very poorly, to the extent that they aren't even provided with internet facilities in order to prepare for their work, while the regular faculty members are. contract faculty members are also made to handle more class hours than the regular faculty members, which i think is unfair.
