Salary package is not good for our work and E.P.F facility is not available here

... various colleges to train students. One tour got cancelled because of COVID-19. Due to this Pandemic, we were asked to stay at home and CTTC has provided salary for 2 months. As faculty of the training department, we have still not attended the training center on account of lack of trainees. I hope the situation gets better in the near future.

... as of now, as we are unaware if we are still hired or laid off due to COVID-19. Salary was not provided for this month so the doubt remains. And there is no official word or notice from the management of CTTC. I hope we get informed sooner rather than later about our employment status so that we can start preparing for the future employment options.

Company not value your work rather then promoting persons who have approach to high authority. Now they dont giving job directly in ctr. They are out source employees from vendor

Central Tool Room & Training Centre Kolkata (CTTC Kolkata) under Govt. Of India Autonomous Body. It has two wings one Production and another Training. Now a days Training section growth is little higher than production. Work life balance is very comfortable here.

There are two types of employment provide by the CTTC kolkata - 1. Contractual (5yr & 1yr) 2. Daily Basis After pandemic stability of this organisation effected.
