It is very good organization. Salary is excellent. So many benefits , learn so many experiences. Visit across the country. Getting knowledge about the real cultures of States and there peoples. So many other good things are in crpf

No family life . Promotion is very slow. Becouse of huje stagnation. Unstable postings culture. countinue movement is very irritating

Regular job, pan-india exposure, social recognition, decent salary.

Pathetic career progression, it takes 10-12 years to get first promotion, no social life, only three months leave to be with family friends.

It's a paramilitary force functions under central govt gave good salary and the management is transparent

It is the largest paramilitary forces in india manegment doesn't address the lower rank issues and career growth is slow

...tion force training in our country India..it provides a promotion time to time.. salary is also good..provides a good facility of transportation,in crpf we have to live separate from our families that makes aloneness..in all aspects I m proud on crpf as it's serves for the nation with service and loyality..

As we have to live away from our families everytime..so in any emergency we find helpless to take care of our family members.if they are hospitalised...

CRPF is an elite force n well disciplined.People have faith in its working n impartial culture.Have served more than 38 years in different fields.Its golden past related to Ran kutchh in 1965 war n Chinese n Pak war/ work during parliament attack ,anti Nadal operations/ anti militancy operations in North East n J&K cannot be forgotten.But sorry to say that Govt never paid it's dues like Martyr status n pay perks at par with armed forces.Casualities/ martyrdom r much higher than any armed force of the nation because we fight everyday with anti national groups wherever armed forces fight only during war days.No war since 1971 n many many have retired without facing any war or war like situation.CRPF have been providing securities to present n Ex Prime minister's /other dignitaries of India through SPG / SDG/ NSG/ PDG etc,Fighting with Riot like situation n Anti Calamities,Lady troops also fighting shoulder to shoulder with their male counterparts.Highly skilled trained professionals imparts trg to its men.I m proud of CRPF that I have served here with great Dignity .My best wishes to everyone serving in this great Force.

...ars for enjoying their tenure n they have nothing to do with their problems etc.Fighting for Salary/Pension at par with Armed forces n accdn for families etc r the major issues .
