Dirty politics, no appreciation for hardwork, many staff are Demotivated and laid back due to same reason, lots of political/ elite class influence in recruitment where B grade college candidate gets recruited at high salary and position. Worst HR policies, variation in salary offered for same post, delayed growth

Likes

It's good in many different ways providing healthcare facilities not only to rich but also too poorer sections of the society though many welfare schemes insurance like ESIC , BPL, PMJAY etc.

Dislikes

There are not good environment for non medical staffs . Most Destination are covered in replacements , Like additional MS. Etc And it's very difficult to get things done . To execute a task given is very difficult to inter department inefficiency.

Patient load is less. It's located in a peaceful and beautiful state sikkim. So you'll have a wonderful experience

If you're looking for a whole some experience then it may take a while as patient load is less

Being a medical college and a mix bag of MHEPL, MAGE and SMU it’s a dope zone where HR who comes under MAGE and higher management who comes under MHEPL won’t be bother of the less salary given to the SMU employee. No performance based appraisal but even non performer gets the same appraisal as performer.
