nothing new to learn, no job security, no good salary. people are hired only temporary based depending upon project availability, once project is completed, we had to leave.

There is only one thing to like about CLRI is the time when you leave for home apart from that those deers night cheer you up

Dislikes

No overtime pay. Work on Saturday which is an off and don't get paid for that too.. immense pressure during the last four months of financial year . Usual time is 9-5.30 but it's 9-7 everyday and 9-9also during financial year ends. And no pay for all those over time or Saturdays.

The people in my department were all friendly and treated me like family. Easy to approach and get along with.

Dislikes

It can only be a stepping stone for a limited time. You must move on to better places to improve your prospects.
