New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. It is a good job but since it's a part time one and on a contract basis all were hired so job security and career growth is very bad. No innovation or learning was there in this job.

...f coal samples and over all preparation of coal. Our job is on temporary basis. And salary is 15000 for lavel-1, 25000 for level-2. Working hour is 8hr from 9 to 5. Institute give there employees accommodation with food. So now I have one year experience on this lab so now i look forward some other fild on my basis.

All things are good here but this job this contractual. The salary is good for level 2 i.e;25000 p.m. plus h.r.a.5000 This company provides a lot of learning opportunities. All teammates are good and supporting.
