All things are good here but this job this contractual. The salary is good for level 2 i.e;25000 p.m. plus h.r.a.5000 This company provides a lot of learning opportunities. All teammates are good and supporting.

Good work environment and culture.Teammate are cordinet supportive and management is transparent.Company policy are agreement,appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Salary is low and career growth is slow.There is a bond of 5year before which you cannot resign.

It is a good job but since it's a part time one and on a contract basis all were hired so job security and career growth is very bad. No innovation or learning was there in this job.

The very good thing about this organization is that this is a government institution, and work culture is normal, no more pressure and the coleuges were very much friendly.

...f coal samples and over all preparation of coal. Our job is on temporary basis. And salary is 15000 for lavel-1, 25000 for level-2. Working hour is 8hr from 9 to 5. Institute give there employees accommodation with food. So now I have one year experience on this lab so now i look forward some other fild on my basis.

No word to dislike. But one thing is no future on this and onoyhre one is at any conditions my project will be end and They can out me as I am in a pourly temporary basis.
