The CCIC comes under ministry of textiles like we usually do not work under pressure and daily wages and permanent staff is so friendly in nature excluding Seniors Staff. They also perform activities. Like I would say for experience and certificate go with CCIC because this certificate has its own value.

The main issue in CCIC is salary and benefits. its been two months and I still hadn't got my salary some has 6 months pending and many staff are protesting for their rights, like we have to argue with HR for our rights and yes the senior staff is not good, they won't even listen to you plus there is no growth in CCIC you will be in the same position for 10 yrs with no increament and benefits. I would never choose CCIC as my permanent career.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
