...and get her approval. Company culture is not motivating , Its only criticising. Employees who do buttering gets salary hikes and promotions. Salary don't come on time. Job security - Many instances happened like She fired employees without any proper reason, without any notice.

The salary package was good Team was very good to work with. Unfortunately very much affected by the blockade in Qatar and 90% of employees were terminated. Travel was alright as the project was very near to the site office. A bit of politics from the higher management but generally it was alright. I created the work environment and it was very good working environment. with Project Manager, Construction Manager and other Senior Management on site. Workers were innovated to work safely and giving rewards to workers that follows safety rules and regulations. There is no work life balance in Qatar construction, as the working hours is 12 hours a day. Generally everything has benefits whether negative or positive.

This is fradu company. They are taking our money by saying job is conform but there is no job. so please people do not go interview there were fradu asking a money 950 rupee for joining a job but there is no job is there

You have the potential to do very interesting and exciting work especially in the field but they use contractors to do their work and treat them terribly. If you’re not an FTE you’re disposable.
