...loyee, they are concerned only with work. My accident happened in joint working. The company did not pay my salary and paid the salary of my manager. I would not advise any employee to work in Centaur Pharma. I was work as area manager in centaur pharma based at Ahmedabad HQ

Your job security is 0. Company has to improve itself. Management doesn't have decision making power. Work culture is poor.

Good company to work,Better futher if you really work Good with organization.Seniors level are Good.Cool place to work with limited pressure.

Some what salary is very less.They gives incentive bt incentive doesn't come on time when you really want money.1st month incentive comes after 4 months then what is the use of that money if u didn't get on it.I personally suggest company should work on incentive part.

Had opportunity to work with some very good people around, reporting managers were very supportive and guiding for achieving goals and development.

Yearly increment getting below the industrial standard & late. Even though working long period you will not getting promotions you have to wait more than 5 year to get one promotion. No getting leave when employee required. Hr are not side of employees. Work culture not good, Red tape like work culture. Managers can humility their employees.
