Worst company to work in There is no good working environment in that place

Dislikes

Rude ppl they scold us even if there is no mistake from our side. No payments are done I had to pay from my end labour grp leader calls and shout on engineer because they haven't paid them. Worked for few days and got so many scolding calls from vendors, labors I don't deserve scolding for someone's fault I have a strong feeling that this company will go bankrupt in few months PLS DON'T JOIN THIS COMPANY

The process in terms of building the product from scratch is definitely valve adding for anyone who wants to start the career. The process from requirement gathering discussion with entire team and covering technical aspects before development starts use of agile methodology for releases-stand up meeting, refinement process, review and retrospective meeting add a lot of weightage to the product delivery, I already sound like senior developer.

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
