I learnt and faced social security audit.waged structure are healthy.benifit are far from other organisations.Industrial relationship is better. senior officials always attend employees social ceremony aswelas sad occasion like death of employees relative.Inshort working environment is better than others.

I disliked Management policy regarding wages revision demand of Union for employees. I feel that Management always admitted undue demands raised by union without taking effective work from union. And it's very dangerous for any manufacturing established.
