Likes

Helps to learn Rockwell, Mitsubishi plc and hmi software. Salary hikes will good for freshers.

Dislikes

PF is fixed so, it's not useful considering for a long term. Work timings is too long. More than 12 hours spent for work (1 hour travel). Career growth is less. Just copy paste in most of the project.

Poor work culture, poor management, poor facilities like downgraded old pc models and slow pc, slow internet connectivity, but expect more results without input. Mobiles not allowed using phone is also restricted. They use to spy even if you go to toilet. Working in some government holidays, school timings - 8:30 to 5:30 strict, if 5 mins late they will blackmail to kick out of job. 2 years bond for freshers. With all these if a person works here becomes the finest slave of the world.

It's a great platform to build up your career. Work friendly nature and has high Job security. You can learn and experience various aspects of Control Systems.

Dislikes

For freshers there will a 2 year bond which we cant break.
