Time :10 to 6:30-depend upon management

Dislikes

No sitting area in 9 floor building, if you selected you have to sit in corridor with government like bakda and chair (new building is in construction from last 6 years) No Saturday off if any holiday comes in month otherwise 1 Saturday is off (that too not fixed) Management people are old age, not ready to do change the process, working like in government office work and go, only work on large data base and make MIS on that data, but doesn't work on same to improve it. Old management people doesn't know excel so they will ask to make different different mis on one data base(feels like that too they don't understand) , they just excellent in talking and giving instructions/orders (again to make changes in mis and make it in other way) Payroll and HR are so busy that they do forget to do F & F, employers money is like their money. If they feel to give it they will give, they like to cross 45 days F & F period and let employee beg them for their money. Work improvements are not allowed here, No sitting arrangement & no Saturday leave but want more and more work from you, if you don't sit to work late management people taunt you

Directors are good but not reachable. Lower level office staffs are excellent.

Dislikes

Worst culture. No job security. Directors are not approachable so few seniors are damaging company name in worst way. Staff satisfaction came down to 0 level in last 3 to 4 years

No proper place to sit in a building of 9 floors Head of department is only concerned with sales numbers, never has he ever spoken to the team members about their experience. No motivation, appreciation or encouragement of any sort. Nothing to learn here..just slog for 8 hours and go home. Salary appraisal bracket is super low. Churn rate of employees is super high within the department. There are no employee benefits like health insurance, child care, WFH etc

nothing to talk just work and go home Saturday to Sunday

Dislikes

1) no proper hierarchy to manage staff 2) seniors are abusive talk rudely 3) owner is only interested in profit 4) no fixed timing for going home but you have to come on time as grace period is 15 min only 5) no perk to employees just work and work 6) to much of office politics
