Good thing about this company is you have freedom to take your own decision and convey them to the top management.

Dislikes

No work flow and no work culture at all. worst thing is salary, company would not credit the salary on time, recently they have not paid the employees from pasy 3 months. expect salary cuts too. No HR, HR responsibilities are also handled by finance team and he would not respond to any questions. No experienced Engineer and the Engineers they have lack knowledge, so if you are a fresher literally no one to guide.

1- management gives opportunity to do anything form product development side. 2-good opportunity to learn respective of your field. 3- good career growth here. 4- flexible working time.

Dislikes

1- management decision is not fixed, they do change from time to time.
