Because the mangament will give the best sources to develop the technology according to the generation. So that the projects which is going to opt by the company will be always very good to learn the new things about new generation technology like example : Next generation 5G technology will be implemented in our own product.

As like in every company there will be some dislikes. In that only one thing is compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

I would like to say about product of celkon mobiles, it was good product , also my reporting boss was very supportive nature. i learn lots a things from celkon mobiles during my career.

salary structure was very low, also service was very poor to the customer. also there was no safe job.

There is no job security to any one there heavy torture small company with poor quality mobiles but employees targets are heavy forced to resign the employee after resignation also not getting any f&f from company

Heavy politics in some area TSM.He introduced himself in market like ASM they won't work his work also to do Sales officers and Team leaders End of the day he told to company that not good my team can't say more than this

I am happy working with celkon impex as team leader,I gained lot of experience in this company to interact executive level to boss level,overall I love the company

In lower order executives salaries will come on time,that's it.

Higher management was very good, strong channels in south india, company give full and additional help to employees to improve and bring results

Miss understanding between Head of international business and top authority made a big loss for this company
