Very gud incentive, bonus and salary on time due to casuality of my young sister I left my job and my all saving gone to her treatment now last two months I have nothing to survive If is possible then please help me some food or financially

Few of manager are so rude they didn't understand there staff problem they openly said that if you are working with you must leave or forget your family That's the reason I left my job My manager not allowed to me to go to attend the funeral of my grandfather

Freedom to work n deliver results in our way. Respect from top management. Good pay and incentives.

Non operational functions which are also important for front end sales doesn't have collaborative kra and hence they don't visit market even in peak festive time.

... as they will make u work more than 11 hours ( straight shift) with no lyf left. The salary is as per normal industry standard but they exploit their employees to the max.They can finish your contract any time, they vl never satisfy with any work & the only way they appreciate it good work is simply by giving you the more work. "The boss is perfectly right & your God" is now company's culture & they can easily beat politicians in not fulfilling promises made. The best..is never expect the incentives of your target achieved. ( They expect their target to be achieved even if they fail to provider the stock)

From the last three years I have experienced that celio has managed to build the good team they’re playing very vital role in making of the brand success as they have been since they started in India also some of them are left but still they’ve very supportive staff.

There are very few and least thing which I don’t like it about celio retail private limited is that the could do better if they are engage in and focus on marketing still most of the customers are not aware about CELIO they could not reliable on the staff .

Yes company policy good as per written on offer later. wages receiving on time.

first of all working so long time since 6plus years no bright future for senior staff. Appraisal also poor. Some RNR not received that should be deliver from co. As i had done my target and i was celio star on that month.
