The only best thing is the company is Remote based.

Micromanagement, Favouritism, Lack of resources for dev to debug the issue, Collaboration is never visible and many times QA before discussing any issue always raise false alaram, Blame Game is very common, First Company to have performance review after four month of joining, No salary hike, Even though having the agile process the manager have unclear expectation, Managers are not Competent enough

Once upon time it was a great company.

Sometimes I think do they respect their employees? When hard times comes we see people's true colors, The way they speak and they treat employees. During good times every thing looks good. Here As of I understood Company is doing good. I dont think they have good Mid level management.

A strong collaborative environment, learn a lot from colleagues. I feel there is strong transparency in information and limited politics.

Renumeration could be higher and should be more competitive with market standards.

Still need to improve in additional benefits they could give and keep up the good work .
