Once upon time it was a great company.

Sometimes I think do they respect their employees? When hard times comes we see people's true colors, The way they speak and they treat employees. During good times every thing looks good. Here As of I understood Company is doing good. I dont think they have good Mid level management.

A strong collaborative environment, learn a lot from colleagues. I feel there is strong transparency in information and limited politics.

Dislikes

Renumeration could be higher and should be more competitive with market standards.

Celigo ensures employee satisfaction more than anything. In these difficult times, the made sure to have constant updates on company's growth to assure Employees that everything is fine . I like the culture over here and the way they respect employee and treat them.

Still need to improve in additional benefits they could give and keep up the good work .

At Celigo, you have good learning and great team to help you grow. Management is so good and they encourage new ideas. Entire hierarchy is accessible by anyone. You have work from home option and there is work life balance

Management should work little more on plannings and task division
