...nothing new to learn. Worst environment to work in. Poor quality infrastructure. No good salary given even no good appraisals. Skills will get suppressed after some time. Seniors have poor behaviour with juniors. Awful dress code in shop floor. No skill enhancement. You will work with the illiterates and will get paid way less than them because of their Union. Co-workers are always ready to pull you down even they know that they couldn't surpass you in position. Worst place to work. Please don't go.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
