... company. Most Leads are dumb, they don't even have idea of the work itself. The salary is minimum possible in the market. They will make you Work even on Saturday, Sunday and there are less than 7 holidays in a year( holi diwali all included) you can imagine the toxicity level. Still they will force you to work on holiday in those 7 alloted holidays in the name of workload. So you will become machine who will work 24/7 for them, not appreciated, not rewarded, less paid. There is nothing like work-life balance in this company.

Fast-paced nature of our projects which can sometimes lead to tight deadlines. However , this aspect keeps the work exciting and ensures that we are always at the forefront of innovation. It also help in develop time management and problem-solving skills.

I have been working here for 2 years and it has been a very good experience working here in terms of learning and depth of work in AI and ML.

Dislikes

I would say that there not any dislikes from my sides, it is just when you do development in depth you have to invest extra efforts to learn those skills. Some people may not see it positively.
