Don't join under RSM Satyam Mishra. He misbehaved and treated badly to his employee who works under him. You can get an example of it, one of my coulegue of Gorakhpur had marriage function in his home he wanted to take leave, when he applied it to mail he was called by Satyam and treated badly like tumhare ghar me koi mar gaya hai kya jo leave le rhe ho. He will humiliate you in RSM meeting in front of his fav employee pawan pandey to whom support he got entry into the organisation. He will join you for field work even you are suffering from Fever or you have requested him to don't come to join after that he will join you on that day and if you denied to join he will mailed you in cc along with DSM and NSM. Company HR did not verify before recruitment else company could get how much bad image of Satyam Mishra have had in previous company Abott. Second You will never get confirmation despite you give territory a business of 2 lakh to 2.5 lakh. They want you more and more but never support bottom employees. It's Managers company so always try to save wrongdoers managers even at the loss of running territory. No job security any time you will find yourself remove from entire group by DSM. No leave, you have to cut your LWP even how much you want to give them they never comes to support.

I am totally dis like celagenex research India Pvt Ltd there management and management persons are totally 3rd also people they want machine in organization. This organisation is not MNC company they are fooling with every one just they register in us and there are no company office there and working in residential area . There are no job security any time they can take your job and you will become job less and culture of the company is totally very bad no boday employees will take fresh air inside the company..,

Company take very good initiative for employees that is 5 days working in a week so that we can get time for our family also which is very important for every employee.

In this company e few things are very bad first all responsibility including order stock is handling availability stock handling doctor handling convergen all responsibility in the down line shoulders senior not taking any initiative how to convert doctor for our medicines and the higher authority not questioning them why I senior people not converting new doctors why they force their juniors only why their depending on business executive only. In this company RSM current higher than RSM designation people jobs are safe because they are seniors and they put pressure on their downline juniors only.
