No Job Security. Work life Balance. Very Low salary hike. No career growth. No transportation facility, no hybrid or work from home mode. 9.30 hrs of shift Poor management and guidance. Sudden termination/releases without prior notice. Lot of favouritism from seniors. Very poor management. Policies are not being properly followed. No time sheet so tracking of task done by employee are not locked. Seniors are causing demotivation. Worst place to work even for single day.

Good working culture. Salary on time. Good management. Great place to learn and work. Appreciate HR department for listening and helping employees as soon as possible without any delay. Working in CSTechAI feels like working at home.
