The company is open to innovation and readily adopt latest technology. I love the fact that iam a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a Google client base we work happily in calibration. I also like the employee re_hire policy

Compensation is decent but growth is slow . Work load are too high and presure is more to complete work . According to work sallery is not good .

No Job Security. Work life Balance. Very Low salary hike. No career growth. No transportation facility, no hybrid or work from home mode. 9.30 hrs of shift Poor management and guidance. Sudden termination/releases without prior notice. Lot of favouritism from seniors. Very poor management. Policies are not being properly followed. No time sheet so tracking of task done by employee are not locked. Seniors are causing demotivation. Worst place to work even for single day.
