Ceinsys tech ltd is very bad company.there is no valid rule and policy.Every time they deducted salary without valid reason.in covin19 situation they doing same thing and suddenly they told to no work for us.they don't gave any minimum salary for support us in this situation.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. No Job Security. Work life Balance. Very Low salary hike. No career growth. No transportation facility, no hybrid or work from home mode. 9.30 hrs of shift Poor management and guidance. Sudden termination/releases without prior notice. Lot of favouritism from seniors. Very poor management. Policies are not being properly followed. No time sheet so tracking of task done by employee are not locked. Seniors are causing demotivation. Worst place to work even for single day.
