...sparent. PMS process is very fare. Company policy is to good. 100% job security. They give good salary hike and bonus every year. Specially, Our AVP - HR and admin is highly supportive and very kind person for all employees.

Career growth is slow. Over all good work life.

If salary is good and is on time, you superiors give you space then every company can be CEC. Employees increment doesn't depend on company profit or loss.

Now days, management has changed, I don't think there focus is to complete the project.

...echnology in civil engineering field. I love the fact that. I am a part of team. As result I got a high increment in my salary and as incentive also. Another plus point is that, This is a MNC company and I feel so good to work here.

There are a very good culture of work but the work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 24 house straight in a day.managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most the times.

All clear instruction what to do or not to do. There is no confusion. Work will be allocated as per the capabilities and responsibilities. Flow chart for the work movement - start to end.

Dislikes

As per above, work will be done as per the work flow so it is not good at all time. you cannot do better if you have. you have to do as per chart. On a rolling process which restrict to improvement.

Freedom to work, SAP implemented for better cost control, Easy to get connected with Head office for any issues, Annual Salary Increment as per industry norms.

Dislikes

SAP needs to be customised as per site conditions in India, Budget preparation should be once per year and not twice, Company should deploy more faithful and sincere top management or decision makers in India.
