The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn

I am working from last 5years and still no growth they handle production associates like workers. And other department associates like boss of production associates..

There is lot of politics during job rotation and management doesn,t address our issue salary also not good i am working from last 5 years but no growth

...cal know-how required for that particular team/dept get missing most of time. Compensation is not good. Only when employee tries to leave organization, than he/she can expect good increase if company wants to retain them.

Policy towards their channel partner, they sell the same product to dealer and Distributor with same margin, and does not handle channel conflict, Politics No time for family Very less career opportunities
