Increment very bad-reducing only, increment given based on years, higher the time your are here, you will get less increment, people who are in plant now are under management watch that how can they be removed, these things are being done on the lowest post i.e. Associates. Job security is till only 8-10 years

Good work environment nd culture. Teammates are supporting nd management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are good appraisal are fair nd they give good salary hike nd bonus every year

For freshers ceat is good organisation,they are hiring from campus placement through institutions and they are giving lots of training about personal skill development, technical skill development and personal health related training till 50 to 70 days. After that they will handover you to work floors. Sports, function and other activities like gift vouchers, movie tickets in occassions was very excitement thing for freshers.

Dislikes

I resigned for my higher education to improve my position and salary structure. If your position is good then no matter if you from iti or diploma freshers candidate then you have to do work hard like labour till 1 to 2 years. Then depends upon you.

Team mates are supportive. Young manpower culture.

Dislikes

No career growth, hire from outside instead of promoting internal employee. Very poor salary compare to other tyre companies. Family and work life not balancing due to more stay back after working hours and no compensation for that. There is 2 week off only for assistant manager and above due to 9 hours working time for G shift. But, many associate doing overstay and many associate are coming in G shift but associate are not allowed for 2 week off.
